Nick helped me quite a bit. He answered my questions in a friendly and professional manner. He was clear in his responses. When I called him about the status of my order, he was able to advise me. I asked if I was able to receive my order before the Thanksgiving holiday and he was unable to assure me that it would be done. He advised me he would check to see if it was possible. In 2 days he sent me an email with a timeline for contacting him if I didn't receive a message from the shipper, but that was not necessary. The shipper was consistent in updating us about delivery and was even early. The 4 walnut bar stools are beautiful with excellent workmanship.

My experience was excellent - the quality of the furniture was as advertised. Plan on furnishing most of my new home with your product.

Truly a breath of fresh air in the very competitive furniture world. I was treated like a valued customer right from the start, and all the way through purchasing, and receiving our new REAL furniture. We will cherish it, and will absolutely return as customers in the future. We have already recommended Real Amish and Nick to some of our friends.

We LOVE our desk! Everyone was wonderful to work with from the salespeople to the delivery guys.

We ordered the Edinburgh Server. We asked to customize it and everything worked out really well. We received the piece in the time estimated and are very pleased with the workmanship on the piece.

I was a little leery at first. It was a lot of money to put out to people I did not know and a product I have not seen in person. The time frame of delivery on the web site and what I was initially told was way off. This made me more leery. The customer service rep, Nick, said he would do all he could to bring it to the 6-8 weeks on the web site. Lo and behold it was delivered on time and in perfect shape. The furniture was quality well beyond my expectations!!!

Oh, if only every retail experience including brick and mortar could be as delightful as this one was. Kim was amazing and this is a gross understatement. She was personable, kind, patient and so willing to help me. She helped with a custom order and also sent stain samples to me twice. What a wonderful face for your company. She deserves a raise.

Hi Nelson - The chairs arrived last Thursday. They are beautiful, look great with my table, quality is awesome. I bought a beautiful solid oak table that exceeded our expectations. The quality and beauty of the table is excellent. The color blends well with our other furniture. I was nervous about ordering a large piece of furniture online without being able to see it in person but would order from your company again.

Hi. An update. Today the stuff was delivered and I want you to know that it is exactly what I hoped it would be, terrific quality But perhaps equally important is the delivery manner. The two men who delivered it were absolutely terrific. They were extremely careful in handling the furniture, aware of what they were doing and absolute gentlemen. I can only congratulate whomever chose them. I will and recommend the product to anyone who asks. Thanks.

Nelson - Received the Real Amish rocking chair on Friday. It is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. It came a day before promised too! I deeply appreciate your help in procuring this chair.

I was initially very distressed, but your understanding of what it meant to us and your ability discuss and resolve the matter in an equitable and satisfactory manner makes all the difference on the world. (Especially with my personality ). It is often not the mistake that matters the most but how someone accepts responsibility and handles the issue. The furniture is beautiful, but I would recommend you based on how you handled the mistake. If you have business cards please send some to me, when someone asks me where I got my furniture I would feel comfortable giving out the information. Thank you for your professionalism and integrity. It is notable because It is not seen as often as it should be in the business world and will be remembered.

I just wanted to let you know that the cherry wood night stand we ordered is just beautiful. It shipped fast and the delivery went perfect. The craftsmanship is top of the line

I found Real Amish using my browser search for cherry wood nightstand. The selection was large, (38 pages)and easy to select the style, wood, price and options. I had a change order the next day after ordering and spoke with Mark, he made the change and let me know everything was set as I wanted it. Our nightstand was delivered, wrapped very well and it was perfect!

Hi Jim – Just wanted you to know how much I appreciate the time you spent answering all my questions. Rustic cherry was the perfect choice and I just love my table. Expect a call from my sister Bernice (I gave her your name). She’s working from home these days and wants to convert their guest room into a home office.

Rosie – Thank you, thank you, thank you. From our first call to delivery this was without a doubt the most pleasant furniture buying experience we’ve ever had. Enclosed are the stain and fabric samples you sent. You were right, picking colors in my own living room certainly eliminated the guess work. Thanks to Mark in your delivery department too. He was able to arrange it so we didn’t have to take time off of work to receive our furniture.

Karen – I don’t think I’ve ever emailed a company just to say thanks, but you guys deserve it. From helping me sort through hundreds of dresser styles, to explaining the differences in the woods, to picking special hardware, and even building it one and a half inches narrower just to fit our bedroom… By the way, my husband was amazed by the quality of the workmanship and he’s pretty picky.

Thanks Nelson – Buying a hand-made convertible crib was something Brenda and I put a lot of thought (and research) into. Your knowledge of the product and building process was far superior to anyone else we spoke with. The crib arrived this afternoon (before the baby thankfully) and it’s even nicer than we imagined. Please thank everyone at Real Amish and the builders. We’ll certainly be calling you again in the future.

What a pleasure it was in this day and age to call your website and immediately speak to a real person who knew what she was talking about. I spoke with Kim for at least 20 minutes. Thanks to her I now know the difference between a TV stand, a media console, a TV armoire, a wall unit… I also now realize that with a tape measure and a little planning, I can get exactly what I want and not have to settle for the poorly constructed, cheaply made stuff that passes for furniture these days. Even though my furniture is French Country, I will now tell all my friends it’s Amish made, and that it’s REAL WOOD! Thank you.

The bed and nightstands were our 4th purchase from your company. We appreciate the quality, fair prices, and most of all your sales people. It’s nice to talk with someone genuinely interested in helping us get what we want (instead of selling us something in stock). We’ve referred several friends to Real Amish and will continue to do so.

Wow! Speechless. The sideboard came today and it’s perfect. Dave – please thank the delivery guy (forgot his name)… he was right on time and very pleasant. I’ll call you about the nursery furniture as soon as my daughter in law makes up her mind about the style.

Mark – This was my first experience ordering furniture online and I was very pleased with the process. I appreciate that you were so patient and obviously know more than I’ll ever learn about hand built furniture. We had never considered elm before and like the grain so much more than our old oak pieces. We’re also grateful that you were able to arrange early delivery that didn’t conflict with our vacation schedule.

Hi Rosie – I’d enjoyed our conversations so much I almost didn’t want to order (but I’m sure I’ll have the opportunity to call you again when we remodel our master suite). You’re a great decorator and I can’t wait for my new table and chairs to arrive.

The other companies we called didn’t seem quite as interested in our business when they realized how far out in the sticks we live. Your company was the exception – thanks. We’re very excited to be getting 3 bedrooms of furniture from Real Amish. Those of us who live in Alaska have an appreciation for well-built solid wood furniture, which is what I’ve always known Amish furniture to be.

Hi Kim – the quilt rack, hall seat and blanket chest all arrived in perfect condition and the deliveryman was excellent. Buying genuine quartersawn oak really did make a huge difference. Ready to start talking about a small kitchen table now. Call me.

Mark – The recliner arrived and fits in our RV like it was custom built, which I guess it kinda was. We like how the leather matches the cabinets and carpet and we’ll send the samples back to you as soon as we pass a post office. We’ve already had several RV-friends comment how comfortable the recliner is and I gave them your name and number.

Hello Nelson – Told you I’d email as soon as the new desk arrived. Glad you sent two delivery men, the desk is incredibly heavy (probably way heavier than I should lift). What a difference solid wood makes. I’m so tired of seeing particleboard or veneer advertised as “100% wood”. I’ll stick with the real stuff (thank you), although I know it will last longer than I do. Hopefully one of the grandkids will appreciate the real McCoy.
